Refund Policy
Effective September 26, 2026
1. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, including renewals, for any reason. After 14 days, payments are not refunded except where required by law or where this Policy provides otherwise, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or mid-cycle downgrades.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Once a refund is approved, our payment processor will issue the refund to your original payment method.
Nothing in this Policy limits the mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Where those laws give you a right to a refund, that right applies regardless of anything stated above. See Section 4.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data. See our Terms of Service for what happens to your data after cancellation.
3. Billing Errors
If you were charged in error due to a technical fault on our part, such as a duplicate charge, a charge after a valid cancellation, or a charge at the wrong amount, you are entitled to a refund of the affected amount. Report a billing error within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate. Where we are at fault, our payment processor will issue the refund to your original payment method.
4. Statutory Rights
European Economic Area and United Kingdom. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Because a subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, you may be asked at checkout to consent to that access starting right away and to acknowledge that doing so ends your withdrawal right. If you did not give that consent, your 14-day withdrawal right is unaffected by Section 1.
Other jurisdictions. Consumer protection law in your country may give you refund, cancellation, or guarantee rights that cannot be excluded by contract, including under Indonesian consumer protection law. This Policy does not limit those rights.
To exercise a statutory right, contact us using the details in Section 5 and tell us which right you are relying on. We will respond within 30 days.
